August is drawing to a close here in Greece, and what a vibrant month it has been. The beaches are alive with energy, the villages filled with laughter, and the warm summer nights seem endless. For many of us in hospitality, August brings a unique rhythm – a month where local life takes center stage. Many Greeks take their holidays during this time, filling restaurants, tavernas, and seaside cafés with a wonderful, familiar buzz. Not to forget these theatre Nights.

Now, as the season begins to shift, we look forward to welcoming our international guests once again. September and October mark the start of a different kind of excitement – when travelers from across Europe come seeking not just sun and sea, but also the deeper flavors and experiences that Greece has to offer. Guests from Germany, France, the Netherlands, and beyond will soon fill our dining rooms, and we can’t wait to share with them what we’ve been perfecting all summer long.

This year, while the overall numbers for tourism in Greece may have had their ups and downs, the spirit here remains as strong as ever. There’s a sense of optimism in the air – a belief that these coming months will be some of the most rewarding yet. For me personally, it’s an inspiring moment: a chance to showcase the best of what we do, to celebrate the beauty of this land through food, and to welcome those who come with open hearts and curious palates.

And there is something truly exciting on the horizon.

From October onward, we are introducing exclusive private dining – an experience designed for those who want to savor something unforgettable. Our new location, set high above the coastline with breathtaking panoramic views, offers a setting unlike any other. Picture this: arriving just as the sun begins to set, the horizon painted in gold and violet, then sitting down to a five- or seven-course menu that reflects the very essence of the season. Each dish will tell its own story – of local ingredients, global inspiration, and the passion that drives us every day.

With limited seating available, this will be an intimate experience, where every detail is carefully considered – from the wine pairings to the atmosphere that surrounds you. It’s more than dining; it’s a journey, and one we are thrilled to begin sharing.

For those who prefer to enjoy such moments in their own surroundings, we are also offering private dining on location – bringing our creativity and expertise directly to villas, yachts, or special venues of choice.

As I reflect on this summer – the joy of serving familiar faces, the thrill of new discoveries in the kitchen, and the constant inspiration of this beautiful place – I feel nothing but gratitude. And as we step into this next chapter, I feel ready. Ready for the busy autumn ahead, ready to welcome new friends to our table, and ready to create memories that last long after the last course is served.
