My journey didn’t begin with a clear roadmap, but with a burning desire to create, experiment, and push boundaries. From the moment I realized that hospitality was meant to be my calling, I knew I had found my place. Stepping into a 2 Michelin-starred kitchen as a novice was both exhilarating and overwhelming. The fast pace, the high expectations—it was a trial by fire. But that kitchen quickly became my playground, my training ground, and eventually, my canvas. Now I was able building my dreams.

I spent countless hours learning from the best, refining my skills, and immersing myself in the essence of culinary excellence. Every dish I plated was a lesson, every mistake an opportunity to grow. But that was just the beginning.

Now, as a chef in Greece, I see how far I’ve come—but I also know that my journey is far from over. The lessons learned in those early days still shape my path. Today, more than ever, while I am driven by the rich, bold flavors of Greek gastronomy in my restaurants.
