The Seasoned Society is a members-only culinary club hosted by Chef Michel at his restaurant in Greece. Membership offers exclusive access to seasonal dinners, surprise boxes, behind-the-scenes moments, and a select circle of likeminded food lovers.
This is not a loyalty program.
This is a lifestyle.
🌱 What You Receive as a Member
Included with your annual membership:
- 🥂 4 Seasonal Member Dinners
One exclusive dinner per season, crafted and hosted by Chef Michel. Each dinner includes a curated multi-course menu with wine pairings and small surprises. Limited seats. Intimate atmosphere. Seasonal stories on every plate. All food and drinks during the seasonal dinners are included in your membership fee. Optional enhancements — such as reserve wine selections, premium pairings, or chef’s table extensions — may be offered on the night at an additional cost.

Each season, you receive a curated box filled with artisanal products, ingredients, and a personal message from Chef Michel — designed to bring a piece of the experience home.
Every box contains portions for two people — enough to share with a friend, loved one, or neighbor.
If two members from the same household join the Society, they will receive a box for four, perfect for hosting an evening together with another couple.
We believe that taste, like joy, grows when it’s shared. - 🔐 Private Access
Recipes, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes videos shared only with members. - 🕰️ Priority Invitations
Be first in line for retreats, masterclasses, and limited-edition events.
👤 The +1 Privilege
Once per year, each member is invited to bring a guest to the seasonal table — free of charge.
We call this “The +1 Seat” – a way to share the experience with someone who matters to you.
Your guest will enjoy the full member dinner as your companion, including wine pairings, surprises, and stories.
Introductions like this allow us to grow slowly, meaningfully, and with taste.
Note: The +1 Seat is offered once per membership year and must be confirmed in advance. Additional guest seats may be offered at a fixed rate, depending on availability.

Your membership lasts 1 full year and includes everything listed above.
- Annual Plan: € 895,- per person (best value)
- Quarterly Plan: € 250,- × 4 payments
Each membership is individual. Partners require a separate membership.
If both partners join, boxes and gifts are scaled accordingly.
