This year, we’re delighted to invite you to celebrate Easter with us at Restaurant Michel, where Greek traditions meet Fine dining and Dutch hospitality. Slow-roasted leg of lamb, marinated with rosemary, garlic and lemon zest, served with:
- Grilled green asparagus
- Braised artichoke hearts
- Pommes fondant (buttery, golden potatoes slowly cooked in stock and herbs)
- Finished with a light lamb jus infused with thyme and Greek olives
